Safari tours – kids are allowed in the desert safari. Note: kids 0-5 years old can participate safari only in private cars. For all kids in private cars there will be baby car seats available, so make sure to book baby seat when making a reservation.
Buggy tours – any age for tour participants (except driver) – up to parents responsibility. Children aged 1 to 17 years must be accompanied by an adult during the buggy riding. Minimum driving age is 15 years old, after test drive.

There is no minimum number of participants, you can book a tour if you are alone. Tours are typically confirmed once the minimum requirement is met.

We prioritize safety and adhere to all necessary guidelines. Our experienced guides provide safety briefings, and all equipment is regularly inspected.
Yes, you can request to reschedule your booking at least 24 hours before the original scheduled time, subject to availability.
In the event of adverse weather conditions, the company may reschedule the tour or offer an alternative date only if you check the weather in advance (24 hours before the tour) and contact us by WhatsApp 1 day before your tour. In other cases we don’t cancel the tours due to bad weather conditions.
Restroom facilities are available at designated stops during the tours. There is VIP lounge with AC in the buggy camp and WC in the evening camp.
Yes, you are welcome to bring your camera or smartphone to capture memories during the tours. However, it’s essential to secure these devices during adventurous activities.
No, for most of our tours, participants who will be driving buggies only need to bring one passport or ID. Passengers do not need a driver’s license. Please contact us for further information.
